Eliot Community Human Services understands that the single most important resource in accomplishing optimal quality care to consumers is our staff. Training is paramount to achieving the agency mission. The agency embraces a competency based approach to providing the necessary skills and knowledge staff need in order to reach optimal service delivery to our consumers. Strong supervision complimented with professional development and competency based training create a rich learning environment. Training begins with our new staff orientation and opportunities for training will be available throughout your career at Eliot Community Human Services. Eliot has two training centers to accommodate the volume of trainings as well as the ability to provide on-site trainings to programs from our dedicated training staff.
