Our Crisis Team provides mobile psychiatric evaluation, crisis intervention, stabilization and follow up for children, adults and elders in acute psychiatric distress, 24-hours per day, 365 days per year. Our service area is Everett, Lynn, Lynnfield, Malden, Medford, Melrose, Nahant, North Reading, Reading, Saugus, Stoneham, Swampscott, and Wakefield.

Crisis Stabilization Services
Crisis Stabilization is a short term, 24 hour treatment program for adults, which provides intensive crisis management in a structured supportive milieu to stabilize clients in crisis, divert an inpatient admission, or serve as a clinical step-down for clients transitioning from an inpatient setting. Services include group, individual, and family therapy, medication evaluation and monitoring, crisis intervention, crisis prevention planning, psycho education, case management, nursing services. Available 24-hours per day, 365 days per year. Referrals are accepted from Emergency Services Programs, hospitals and community providers.
Community Support Services
Community Support (CSP) provides community based case advocacy, supportive services, assistance with self-care, referral, and linkage for adults with high rates of hospital readmission and inconsistent use of community resources. Referrals for services are accepted from public and private insurers who contract for this level of care.
Family Stabilization Treatment Program
The Family Stabilization Treatment (FST) Program offers intensive, home based clinical and case management services to children and adolescents who have been diagnosed with a mental illness. Staff work with the child and their family to identify treatment goals and coordinate services, to support community based treatment and prevent out of home placement. Referrals for services are accepted from public and private insurers who contract for this level of care.
Day Treatment Program
Our Day Treatment Program is a psychiatric and rehabilitative program for adults with a mental illness and/or a mental illness and substance abuse disorder. The program offers individualized goal oriented treatment in a structured milieu. We seek to enhance symptom, management, behavioral control and functional improvement in community living. Day Treatment offers a variety of treatment groups addressing issues including: substance abuse and recovery, coping skills, pre-vocational skill building and family issues. Staff assist clients in making the transition into work/school settings and/or less structured treatment programs.
