Eliot provides a comprehensive and integrated network of recovery oriented rehabilitative services to adults with serious and persistent mental illness
Eliot’s Adult Mental Health network provides services that are based on the needs and preferences of each individual we serve. Our staff work collaboratively with each consumer to develop goals that build on strengths, enhance skills and support networks. Utilizing evidence-based practices and peer supports, our services are dynamic and flexible. Our staff provide side by side interventions and supports that are unique and tailored to each individual we serve.
We offer a broad array of programs, including:
Community-Based Flexible Supports (CBFS) provides a range of community based housing options and support services to manage psychiatric symptoms, promote wellness, address medical conditions, and restore/maintain daily living, social and vocational skills.
Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) delivers an intensive community based array of services for individuals with mental illness who require a higher level of support, but may be resistant to traditional models of treatment.
Vocational and Day Services offer a range of day programming for adults with severe and persistent mental illness.
Respite Programs provide a safe and stable place to live and help in resolving community living issues for adults in psychiatric crisis.
