Internship Requirements: Prospective interns must demonstrate interest in the population of their preferred program placement.

Applicants must provide a resume, attend a formal interview with the program, pass a background check, and submit two (2) references. Eliot interns are required to attend new staff orientation which ranges from 3-7 days depending on the placement.

Note: To work in Eliot’s youth programs, interns must be over the age of 21.
