Professional Development & Training

At Eliot, our most important resource is an experienced and well-trained staff.

Training begins with New Staff Orientation which delivers high quality, clinical based training to all new employees. Eliot offers continuous training opportunities for professional growth and development throughout your career here. Our main training center is located in the corporate office in Lexington, and we have remote training sites, and offer on-site trainings to accommodate the needs of each program. Eliot’s extensive training catalog emphasizes collaborative programs designed to enrich your training and development experience.  In addition to providing CE’s for completed courses, tuition reimbursement for classes taken outside of Eliot’s training curriculum is often available.

Eliot has teamed with Suffolk University and Middlesex Community College to provide staff with additional access to high quality learning opportunities.

If you have any specific training questions regarding training opportunities, please email training-department@eliotchs.org
