Eliot’s CYF programming is predicated on the Children’s Behavioral Health Initiative (CBHI), which encompasses multiple service systems including Intensive Care Coordination, Family Support and Training, In-Home Therapy, Therapeutic Mentoring, Outpatient Therapy and Psychiatry, and Mobile Crisis Intervention.

Wraparound Child and Youth Behavioral Wellness

In all services, the youth and caregivers play a strong and active role in determining treatment and support options that will highlight the family’s strengths. All services are voluntary. Eligibility is determined by the assessed needs of child and enrollment in MassHealth.

Our services are based on the following principles:

  • The Wraparound Approach – A proven approach that provides the most effective outcomes for children and their families.

  • Individualization and Strengths Focus – Individualized Planning and are essential and are based on the unique strengths and needs of each child and his/her family.

  • Parents’ and Caregivers’ Expertise – Families participate fully in all aspects of planning for the care of their child.

  • Culturally Specific Programming – An essential element of effective treatment, Eliot’s approach is sensitive to a family’s particular ethnic and religious backgrounds and values.
