Eliot offers comprehensive behavioral health and supportive services for adults, including:
- Outpatient therapy and psychiatry
- Community-based outreach and case management
- Residential, housing and homelessness programs
- Recovery coaching and peer support
- Crisis services, comprehensive behavioral health, and 24/7 access through our Community Behavioral Health Centers (CBHCs) in Danvers and Lynn
These services support individuals living with mental health diagnoses, substance use disorders, housing instability and homelessness, justice system involvement, and other complex, co-occurring challenges.
Eliot provides coordinated, family-centered services including:
- Outpatient therapy and psychiatry for children and teens
- In-home therapy and behavioral supports
- Care coordination across behavioral and physical health, and community supports
- Trauma-informed services for youth in foster care, residential programs, or group homes
- Youth crisis stabilization through CBHC
- Early Intervention for children ages 0-3
Our goal is to help children and families thrive at home, in school, and in their communities.
Eliot’s CBHCs in Danvers and Lynn offer same-day behavioral health care for both adults and youth, as well as emergency and crisis response teams. Services include:
- 24/7 walk-in crisis care
- Urgent therapy and evaluation
- Psychiatry and medication management
- Adult Intensive Team
- Peer support and care coordination
- Individual, group and family counseling/therapy
CBHCs are designed to reduce ER visits and offer immediate support for mental health and substance use needs.
Care coordination ensures you get connected to the right resource and service across behavioral health, primary care, medical treatment, housing, employment, community supports, and other areas. Our care coordinators:
- Help develop a personal care plan
- Schedule and attend appointments with you
- Coordinate and communicate between providers and insurance
- Remove barriers to access of care and resources
- Help advocate for your needs, goals and long-term stability
