Eliot provides mobile psychiatric evaluation, crisis intervention, stabilization, and follow up for those in acute psychiatric distress.

Our multidisciplinary team comprised of Mental Health Counselors, Social Workers, Peer Specialists, and Family Partners provide person and family centered support and services wherever and whenever it is needed.

Eliot’s Psychiatric Emergency Services Program is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and provides the following:

Youth Mobile Crisis Intervention

Eliot’s Youth Mobile Crisis Intervention services are available to children, youth and families under the age of 21. Each youth and family is served by a team of professionals comprised of a Clinician and Family Partner. Team members provide assessment, intervention, and stabilization in the home, school or community for individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis. Services are individualized and family-focused, offering support, education, and crisis management for up to 7 days. Service is provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Community Crisis Stabilization

Eliot’s Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) Program located in Lynn provides assessment and treatment delivering short term 24 hour treatment for adults in a structured and supportive environment. CCS provides person-centered stabilization and support of individuals in psychiatric distress in the least restrictive environment. Access to the CCS Program is provided through Eliot’s Emergency Psychiatric Services.

Services include:

  • Group, individual, and family therapy

  • Crisis prevention planning

  • Crisis intervention

  • Case management

  • Medication evaluation and monitoring

  • Nursing services
