Eliot offers a wide range of integrated recovery, mental health, and support services for individuals and families, including programs for mental illness, substance use, homelessness, developmental disabilities, and brain injuries.

Children, Youth, and Families

Eliot’s Children, Youth, and Families programs provide comprehensive support services, including parenting and pregnancy support, community-based and residential care, and mental health education through The NAN Project.

Care Coordination

Eliot provides coordinated care for adults and families through team-based programs that integrate behavioral and physical health services, including the Behavioral Health Community Partner Program and the Children’s Behavioral Health Initiative.

Community Behavioral Health Centers

Community Behavioral Health Centers (CBHCs) serve as a single entry point for timely, high-quality, mental health and substance use disorder treatment for youth, families, and adults 24/7.

We Make It Possible

Using a person-centered, family-driven approach, Eliot believes strongly in partnering with the communities it serves. Programs collaborate, utilizing the expertise within the agency to provide the highest standard of quality services to clients, their families, and the community.

It is Eliot’s policy that: no one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay; and there is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income.
